During our previous experiences (consulting, project management and training organization/conception/delivery), we became increasingly aware of a real need for comprehensive training evaluations:

  • To identify detailed training improvement levers
  • To monitor main training programs and the whole training portfolio

Our contacts with many training managers, HR managers, trainers, corporate executives, trade-union officials, and researchers specialized in evaluation sciences have confirmed our idea that it is possible to set up a flexible and unbiased evaluation process, enabling stakeholders to identify practical improvement levers.


Main development steps

  • September 2004: Beginning of the project
  • December 2004: Creation of forMetris
  • April 2005: The FX Entrepreneur award is given to forMetris
  • April 2005: The first version of the system is tested with a customer
  • September 2005: Beginning of commercial activities
  • September 2006: forMetris obtains the status of Young Innovative Company
