Response anonymity

To allow people to share their opinions freely, we do not reveal the contents of their individual answers. Raw data are analyzed and processed before being communicated to our customers. By doing so, we are able to guarantee the absolute confidentiality of the evaluation process.

Individual answer identification is necessary only very rarely, and in these rare cases, the absence of anonymity is always clearly indicated to the respondents. In addition, we always ask the respondent for his/her explicit agreement.

Contact information confidentiality

All the personal information which is communicated to us for the evaluation (names, phone number, e-mail address, …) is strictly confidential and is NEVER shared with any third parties. In addition, we keep this information only when necessary for the evaluation process.

Confidentiality is crucial to maintain respondent trust. It is a major guarantee of the quality of our services.
