Laurent Balagué - Managing Director

Laurent Balagué holds master's degrees from "l'Ecole Polytechnique" and ENSTA, where he specialized in computer sciences and optimization.

He started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, in France and in North America. Then he joined Faurecia, an automotive equipment supplier, as a project manager in production and supply chain. During his experience, he had the opportunity to conduct many trainings and he took part in the conception of several major training programs.

Nicolas Méary - President

After graduating from "l'Ecole Polytechnique" with a master's degree in Engineering, Nicolas Méary specialized in statistics and economics at ENSAE. He also studied at Stanford University and was awarded a master's degree in "Management Science".

In four years of experience in consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, he was regularly confronted with the need for practical tools to monitor and analyse training activities. Nicolas Méary also organized and designed several trainings in relation to his consulting and/or university projects.
