During our previous experiences (consulting, project management and training organization/conception/delivery), we became increasingly aware of a real need for comprehensive training
evaluations:
- To identify detailed training improvement levers
- To monitor main training programs and the whole training portfolio
Our contacts with many training managers, HR managers, trainers, corporate executives, trade-union officials, and researchers specialized in evaluation sciences have confirmed our idea that it is
possible to set up a flexible and unbiased evaluation process, enabling stakeholders to identify practical improvement levers.

- December 2004: Creation of forMetris
